Delete your Trander account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Trander account and its associated data. For this release, deletion is not instant or fully automated in the app — requests are submitted through a form and reviewed and actioned manually by our team.

How we identify your account

Trander signs you in with Google sign-in (via Supabase). So we can safely match your request to the right account, please provide the email address associated with the Google account you use to sign in to Trander.

We will never ask for your password in the form — you do not have a Trander password, and you should not share your Google password with anyone.

What gets deleted

Once your request is processed, we remove:

We may have to keep limited data for legal, security, billing and subscription (for example, payment and transaction records), and fraud- and abuse-prevention reasons. Limited data may also persist in standard backups for a short period. Any retained data is removed on its normal schedule.

How requests are processed

Each request is reviewed and actioned manually by our team. We aim to action requests promptly. If we need anything further to verify your request, we will reach out using the email you provide.
